Just Ask
Ameren posted a 61 page document that was submitted to FERC about the $5 million and recommended projects. They only spent a page and a half on the 80 letters they received about the process and the outcome. So if you disagree with things, now is the time to email FERC, because you letter wasn't part of the package.

Ameren rushes the process to meet a supposed February 28th deadline, then extends the process by two weeks to allow for public comment, then waits ten days to send the information to FERC... and they don't include the comments?
The rules are being made up as we go. I expect there will be more twists and turns on the road ahead.
Yogi Berra once said, "It ain't over 'til the fat lady sings." Well, the fat lady is in the dressing room taking a nap and FERC probably doesn't have any sheet music.
I just received an email in response to my comments which said, "we have already disregarded your comments as being irrelevant, and we are going ahead with our plan to give money willy-nilly to Reynolds County politicians to assuage our consciences, and to heck with anything which is actually in reparation to the damage caused to the tourism/ecology in the area."
