Break Out the Wool Shirts

It was 48 degrees this morning in Peola Valley. All summer I've needed to do some house repairs and kept saying I wanted it to cool off. Sure got that a lot sooner that I expected. When we moved to Lesterville 23 years ago it was not uncommon to have the first frost before October 1. Seems like that could happen again this year.

Wow! 48 degrees... sounds nice! We used to come to BRL on Labor Day weekends and I was always amazed at the fog in the morning. Always burned off like clockwork around 9AM but always amazed me at the dense fog. Is it still like that at this time of the year? We come to BRL now in early June because we get to stay an extra day then. Don't really get the fog at that time of the year. Thanks for the web site!
