Don't know why this site is so much trouble to link to, but if you checked this post Thursday morning you probably didn't get to far. So here is a work around. I managed to open the letter and WOW! her letter says it all.
the writer of this article mentioned they had photos of the leaks in the resevior before it failed. i would love to see these photos. if this person does not want to post them here i would gladly except them in my email which is phittswell@yahoo.com. thanks for your cooperation and this is a most interesting article!
