Changes for Upper Reservoir

Here is a link to a KSDK news report about changes to the Upper Reservoir. On a related note a friend has suggested that someone could make a mint this summer by offering helicopter tours of the East Fork, Upper Reservoir, and the Shut-Ins. So if any of you know a firm that offers this type of service you ought to let them know. I can just see a heliport in the BRL field. To bad the name "Field of Dreams" is taken.
