Ameren has posted a number of photos of people at the Shut-Ins. They also have posted photos of some of the projects that were funded with the FERC fine money. I can tell you that a lot of people are working at the Lesterville school on the new $900,000 roof.

isn't it great to see people enjoying the water activities at the shutins. lots of hard work went into getting things back to this stage. keep up the good work.

Have you been down to look at the shutins?
The cleanup was not done very well. It is safe, but there is still a lot of gravel where it doesn't belong. The water quality/clarity is not very good.
I didn't see any fish in the water.
I can't imagine they spent more than a week actually cleaning out the shutins itself.
