Just the FAQ's

Ameren has posted a long list of FAQ's about the Project Enhancement process. While I wish that some of the questions that are important were better defined, at least we have a published list of the rules, as it were. I find question number 3 very interesting, since someone from FERC spent a long time looking at this blog today.
