Where is the Press?

After months of stories about a dirty river, damaged state park, and unhappy businesses here is a story that I have not seen any newspaper or TV station cover. They have started tearing down the Upper Reservior. A track hoe started working at the old observation platform and is knocking down the concrete walls at the top of the reservoir. As they work they are also flatting the top of the rock fill to make a safe work area. A new access road will have to be built to get large dump trucks inside the reservoir to remove all the concrete panels that are being pushed down the interior walls.
