Looks like around 1965 or so! They don't make picnic baskets like that anymore. For all the old BRL'rs...Do you remember when Bill Onder(Casey Jones) would schedule a Wednesday trip every year to Johnson Shut-ins?? Maybe this is one of those trips pictured here!!
