Email to FERC

The following is from an email to FERC about the Upper Reservoir.

Tom Hollencamp called to inform us that a storm went through the area of Taum Sauk last week and the liner is now loose and is billowing over the top of the parapet wall. There is concern that it may get caught in the transmission lines. He wanted to cut it off. I advised that he should goahead since it was safety related.

He also indicated that the approval, for the overall restoration work has not been approved by the MO Attorney General yet.
