On June 7, the judge in Reynolds County is going to rule on the DNR's motion to join the lawsuit.
The DNR should/will lose and be out of the suit. They know that and so have to do something to make themselves look like they still matter.
You can get status info on the state case by going to http://www.courts.mo.gov/casenet/base/welcome.do and searching for Case Number 07RE-CC00005 for the 42 Judicial Circuit.
If you choose docket sheet, it will give you all the entries (not the documents themselves, which are probably only on paper).
in response to the above comment: Thats funny right there I don't care who you are!!!!!
I know, I'm being pernickety, but read the Missourian article again. It says Nixon would require Ameren to spend $350 to rebuild Taum Sauk.
Now, it's a typo, but it's also a hoot!
